Nutrition Graduation Plan-Full support – $140
Continued one-on-one monthly nutrition coaching support. Includes four weekly 30 min zoom calls, weekly review and feedback of nutritional journal, text/email access to me for the duration of the four weeks. Valid for one month from time of payment.

In-Person Fitness Coaching SessionsÂ
- Single Session Visits – $55 (1hr)
- 4-Package Sessions – $180 (valid for one month from time of purchase)
- Shared Sessions – $60 (session for 2 people)

**Fitness Coaching sessions are held in West Asheville.
***24hr Cancellation policy – if you cancel your session without a 24 hour notice, you’re responsible for payment of that session.
Remote Fitness Coaching – $225 per month
I’ll create a program for you every month – specifically designed to meet YOUR fitness goals. Your program will include:
- Workouts for 2-3 days a week which focus on resistance training.
- Specific exercises & video how-to’s when necessary (keeping in mind what equipment you have access to).
- Unlimited text/email feedback & coaching support, along with video analysis of technique. I use What’s App for texting & videos.
- Nutrition tips to support your fitness goals.
