Initial Nutrition Starter Package – $450
This package is for you:

  • You can’t out exercise poor eating habits.
  • Other factors you didn’t realize play a big role in weight loss.

Eight consecutive weeks of one-on-one nutrition coaching valid from time of payment. Includes weekly 45-minute zoom calls, weekly review and feedback of nutritional journal, fitness recommendations, text/email access to me for duration of the package, and access to my video workouts on the website. I’m here supporting you every step of the way! Valid for 8 weeks from time of payment.

Nutrition Graduation Plan-Full support – $100

Continued one-on-one monthly nutrition coaching support. Includes four weekly 30 min zoom calls, weekly review and feedback of nutritional journal, text/email access to me for the duration of the four weeks, and access to my video workouts on the website. Valid for one month from time of payment.
*Must complete 8-week package first.

Online Fitness Coaching – (inquire for pricing)

I will write a program for you every month – specifically designed to meet YOUR fitness goals. Your program will include:

  • Workouts for 2-3 days a week which focus on resistance training.
  • Specific exercises & video how-to’s when necessary (keeping in mind what equipment you have access to).
  • Unlimited text/email feedback & coaching support, along with video analysis of technique. I use What’s App for texting & videos.
  • Food/Nutrition – I’ll work with you on setting appropriate calorie and nutrition goals and how/if to track your food.
