  • Custom-tailored resistance training program designed to enhance strength, power, and mobility—all while addressing your unique health profile.
  • Whether you’re managing chronic conditions, recovering from injury, or working around physical limitations, every aspect of your program is thoughtfully developed to support safe and effective progress.
  • Workouts are carefully tracked through a shared digital log, accessible anytime—at home or while traveling—giving you the flexibility to train independently when desired.
  • Each exercise plan is yours to keep, and travel-friendly or gym-based workouts can be provided as needed.
  • When appropriate, specific exercises are accompanied by instructional videos to ensure proper form and technique, with video content shared via WhatsApp for convenience and accessibility based on your available equipment.
  • Ongoing support is a key part of your coaching experience, with unlimited text and email communication for fitness and nutrition guidance—so you’re never without expert direction and encouragement.

Private Fitness Studio: The Ultimate Workout Experience

Our sessions take place in my cozy and private studio in West Asheville with off-street parking. Private studios offer exclusive benefits:

  • Privacy: Exercise without the distractions or crowds found in public gyms and focus on your workouts without feeling self conscious.
  • Personalized attention: A private studio allows me to offer my undivided attention so I can I offer personalized guidance and support.
  • Equipment availability: I love sharing but I also value your time. In a private studio the equipment is readily available for your use at all times. This allows for a more seamless and efficient workout experience.
VIRTUAL COACHING

This option includes Nutrition Coaching. Virtual coaching is a great option for those who travel for a long duration of time or simply have the discipline to workout independently.

  • $385 per month – You’ll receive, via a shared spreadsheet, a program which includes two workouts which you’ll perform weekly for 4 weeks at your convenience. You’ll have access to me for support, check ins, questions, and video demos. You’ll also receive all the benefits of Nutrition Coaching as well.

We’ll start with a personal assessment which includes a lengthy phone call where we’ll discuss your exercise and injury history, short term and long term goals, and lifestyle factors. Once we’re ready to proceed, we will schedule an online meeting to do a full assessment and go over specifics regarding needs vs. goals, time restraints, equipment availability, and anything else you feel is important to your success.

NUTRITION ONLY COACHING

$270 per month – Ideal for those individuals looking for support for their weight loss/weight gain goals.

What you’ll learn:
  • The concept of flexible eating.
  • How to lose, gain or maintain your weight while eating the foods you love.
  • The importance of macronutrients.
  • That food is more than just calories (but ALL calories count!).
  • How to adjust the foods you loves based on your lifestyle & physical goals.

  • You can’t out exercise poor eating habits.
  • A customized program that works for YOU!
