Hi! I’m Mitra.

I’m based in Asheville, North Carolina and I’m an over 40 mom with a passion for fitness, movement, and enjoying great food while feeling strong and comfortable in my body. I’m a:

  • NCI Level 1 Nutritional Coach
  • NCI Level 1 Hormone Specialist
  • AFAA Certified Personal Trainer
  • Completed the N1 Biomechanics & Execution Practical

Physical activity has always been an important part of my life, ranging from team sports, group classes, playing tennis, running, and more.

Over the years, I’ve learned the importance of taking care of our bodies through exercise, movement, and nutrition. It’s a process that evolves as we age. I tell nearly all my clients it’s never too late to start! You don’t need to already love exercise in order to weave it into your life and have fun in the process.

As a health coach, I’m focused on building effective nutrition and fitness habits that are both sustainable and enjoyable to my clients. I believe it’s important to focus on flexible, positive relationships with food and movement which can be successfully integrated into their lives long-term.
